RELIABLE, Repeatable Process

The TRUFIG installation process incorporates traditional trade methods with standardized elements that allow for reliable and repeatable result every time. No more "one-offs."

Get Involved Early

Designing TRUFIG into a project allows technology elements to disappear into the design, but it is important to bring it into the project early on to ensure successful implementation. The base components of the TRUFIG system are installed during the rough-in phase of a project.

For instances where TRUFIG is installed into a remodel as a retrofit, TRUFIG mounting platforms can be cut and finished similar to a drywall patch, to prevent swelling.

TRUFIG MOUNTING SYSTEM

  • Mounting Platform

Mounting platforms are made of engineered drywall and contain an integrated electrical enclosure. With similar properties to gypsum, the platform can be easily incorporated into surrounding drywall. The size and orientation allows for flexibility for placement and alignment of devices with other room elements.

  • Trim Component

Trim components allow a means to attach and secure a variety of devices to a TRUFIG mounting platform. Shims are provided to help the installer adjust for varying device depths to achieve a flush finish.

  • Fascia

Fascias are paintable to match the surrounding surface for a solution that is truly designed to disappear. They attach to the trim component within the mounting platform opening to ensure that the device finish is perfectly level with the surface.

TRUFIG Mounting Platforms allow for a repeatable, high-quality result across multiple technologies and in a variety of installation surfaces.

TRUFIG MOUNTING TECHNOLOGY

TRUFIG mounting technology can be applied across many devices and in many surface materials. The process is the same for nearly all TRUFIG system installations.

Precision Aligned Technology

With TRUFIG mounting platforms, installers can easily align multiple devices within the wall’s framing structure.

PLACEMENT Flexibility

TRUFIG mounting platforms can be cut-to-fit and positioned to accommodate various alignment scenarios, while the engineered installation process ensures a completely professional finish.

 Designed to Disappear

  • Field Painting

TRUFIG Fascias can be finished with a light coat of paint to match the surrounding wall material, while maintaining all proper tolerances and a precision fit.

  • Faux Finishing

Faux finishing is a painting technique that transforms TRUFIG Fascias by replicating patterns and decorative finishes including: marble, wood, tile, and Venetian plaster.
